2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, purchasing a Service, or attending a workshop, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using our Services.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to purchase or enter into this Agreement on your own behalf. Where a Service is purchased on behalf of a household or family group, the individual making the purchase confirms they have the capacity to do so.

If you are accessing Services in a professional or organisational capacity, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms.

3. Service Description

Provora provides educational and organisational resources in the area of retirement and later-life planning. Our Services are informational in nature and do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice of any kind. The three Services currently offered are:

Planning Notebook & Walkthrough

A structured printed notebook combined with a friendly one-to-one walkthrough session. This Service helps a person record their own wishes, contacts, and document locations in an organised format. It is a record-keeping aid only.

Question Library Membership

Twelve months of access to a searchable library of common questions about how retirement schemes are generally organised, answered in plain language with links to official sources. Content is updated periodically and is for reference only.

Family & Carer Workshop

A small-group session (up to 12 participants per household booking) for families and carers. The focus is on communication and organisation around later-life arrangements. Each household receives a take-home companion guide.

Services are offered within Thailand. We reserve the right to limit availability by geography or other factors at our sole discretion. Service descriptions may be updated periodically and the current version on our website will apply.

4. User Accounts

Access to the Question Library Membership requires the creation of a user account. When registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others.
  • Notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • Use the account solely for the purpose for which it was created.

We reserve the right to suspend or close an account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in a manner inconsistent with these terms, or where a membership period has concluded and has not been renewed.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is respectful, lawful, and considerate of others. In particular, you agree not to:

  • Reproduce, share, or distribute our Content without prior written permission.
  • Attempt to access areas of the website or Service not intended for you.
  • Use the Service to provide advice, recommendations, or representations to third parties as if they were your own professional views.
  • Interfere with the ordinary use of the Service by other users.
  • Use automated tools to extract or copy Content in bulk.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using our Services.
  • Use the Service for any purpose contrary to applicable Thai law.

We may decline to provide a Service, or withdraw access, if we have reason to believe these responsibilities are not being observed.

6. Intellectual Property

All Content, materials, design, and organisation of information on this website and within our Services remain the intellectual property of Provora or our content contributors, and are protected under applicable Thai and international intellectual property law.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our Content solely for your own private, non-commercial reference purposes during the applicable service period. This licence does not permit you to:

  • Copy or reproduce Content for distribution or publication.
  • Modify, adapt, or translate Content without permission.
  • Create derivative works based on our materials.
  • Sublicence or sell access to any Content.

If you wish to use any of our Content beyond what this licence allows, please contact us at [email protected].

8. Service-Specific Terms

8.1 Planning Notebook & Walkthrough

The notebook is a personal document. Provora does not retain copies of information you record in it. The walkthrough session is for organisational purposes; no interpretation of your financial, legal, or medical situation is provided. Once a notebook is dispatched or a walkthrough session has occurred, the Service is considered fulfilled.

8.2 Question Library Membership

Membership access is for one named individual and may not be shared. The library is updated periodically, but we make no undertaking that any particular piece of information will remain available throughout the membership period. Information in the library reflects general arrangements and links to official sources; it does not replace professional or official guidance applicable to your personal circumstances.

8.3 Family & Carer Workshop

Workshops accommodate up to 12 participants per household booking. Dates and session format may change due to circumstances beyond our control; we will provide reasonable notice of any changes. The take-home companion guide is included as part of the workshop fee. Workshop facilitators are trained to support open, organised conversation and do not provide recommendations specific to any individual's circumstances.

9. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided on an "as available" basis, for general educational and organisational purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to keep Content accurate and up to date, but:

  • We do not represent that information in our library is complete, current, or applicable to your individual situation.
  • Nothing in our Services constitutes financial, legal, accounting, or other professional advice.
  • We do not promise any particular outcome from using our Services.
  • Links to external or official sources are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for content on external sites.

If you need advice specific to your personal circumstances, we encourage you to seek appropriate professional guidance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Provora's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss of any kind, including loss of income, loss of savings, or loss of data, even if we were made aware that such loss was possible.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Provora and its staff from any claim, cost, or loss arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of our Services, or any false or inaccurate information you provided to us. This obligation survives the end of your use of our Services.

12. Termination

You may stop using our Services at any time. If you hold a Question Library Membership, your access will continue until the end of the current membership period unless you request early closure in writing.

We may suspend or end your access to a Service with reasonable written notice, or immediately where we have grounds to believe you have materially breached these terms. In such cases, no refund will ordinarily be offered for any unused portion of a Service.

Sections covering Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Dispute Resolution shall continue to apply after termination.

13. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or connected with this Agreement shall first be addressed through informal discussion. Please write to us at [email protected] describing the matter, and we will aim to respond within ten business days.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nonthaburi Province, Thailand, unless applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

14. General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitutes the full agreement between you and Provora regarding use of our Services.
  • Severability: If any clause in this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue to apply.
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement at a particular time does not waive our right to enforce it in future.
  • Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement to another person without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights with notice to you.
  • Notices: Formal notices to Provora should be sent by email to [email protected] or by post to our registered address.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, applicable law, or good practice. When changes are material, we will publish a notice on our website and update the "Last Updated" date above.

Continued use of our Services after updated terms are published will be taken as acceptance of the revised Agreement. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
