Cookie Policy
This page explains how Provora uses small data files called cookies on this website, what each type does, and how you can manage your preferences at any time.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit. They allow the site to remember certain information during or between visits — for example, that you have viewed this notice and made a choice about optional cookies.
Cookies do not contain personal information such as your name or payment details on their own. They are widely used to make websites work as expected and to provide basic usage information to site owners.
2. The Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies
Always active — cannot be disabled
These cookies are needed for the basic operation of the website. They include the record of your cookie preferences (stored in your browser's local storage), session identifiers, and security-related tokens. Without them, the site cannot function as intended. They do not track you for any other purpose.
Duration: Session or up to 12 months
Analytics Cookies
Optional — helps us understand site usage
These cookies collect aggregate, non-identifying information about how visitors use the site — such as which pages are viewed most often and where visitors navigate from. This helps us improve the site over time. Data collected through analytics cookies is not used for advertising.
Duration: Up to 13 months · Example provider: Google Analytics
Marketing Cookies
Optional — used for relevant advertising
These cookies may be used to show you information about our Services on other websites, based on pages you have visited here. They are placed by third-party advertising services and track browsing across sites. You can decline these without affecting your access to any part of this site.
Duration: Up to 24 months · Example provider: Google Ads
Preference Cookies
Optional — remembers your settings
These cookies remember choices you have made, such as your preferred language or region, so you do not need to set them again on return visits. They make the site feel more comfortable for regular visitors.
Duration: Up to 12 months
3. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are placed by third parties whose services we use. These include:
- Google Analytics — website usage measurement (analytics category)
- Google Maps — used on our contact page to display our location (essential category, only loads on relevant pages)
- Google Ads — advertising network (marketing category, only if you have accepted marketing cookies)
Third-party services operate under their own privacy and cookie policies. We do not control what those providers do with data they collect.
4. Cookie Duration
Cookies may be:
- Session cookies — deleted automatically when you close your browser. Used for temporary functions during a visit.
- Persistent cookies — remain on your device for a set period (see individual category durations above) or until you delete them. Used to remember preferences across visits.

7. Your Rights
Under the Thai Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA), you have the right to withdraw consent for optional cookies at any time. Withdrawing consent will not affect anything that took place before you withdrew it.
You also have the right to ask us what cookies or tracking technologies we use, and to request that we delete data associated with optional cookies where we hold it.
Declining optional cookies will not prevent you from accessing any part of this website or purchasing any of our Services. Some features that rely on preference cookies (such as saved language settings) may not persist between visits if those cookies are disabled.
